If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy and don’t know what your next step should be, Women’s Clinic of Atlanta is here to help you make an informed decision that is best for you.
No matter where you are in life or your relationship with your partner, you have the right to understand all your options. We support women by providing expert sexual health services in a compassionate environment. Most services are free of charge; small fees may be required for lab services and prescriptions.
Women’s Clinic of Atlanta offers a wide range of free and reduced-cost pregnancy services, including:
- Abortion assistance and support services, including testing and other services necessary for legal abortions
- Social services for those who wish to parent or place their child for adoption
- Pre- and postnatal health services, including free limited ultrasounds for qualifying patients
Free and Low-Cost Pap Smears & Other Services Delivered With Compassion
In addition to our pregnancy services, Women’s Clinic of Atlanta offers several services to keep you healthy and aware of your sexual health:
- Pap smears and other Sexual health services, including treatment for urinary tract infections
- Birth control and contraception options
- Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and diseases

About Women’s Clinic of Atlanta
Women’s Clinic of Atlanta has provided affordable women’s sexual health services to women facing unplanned and unwanted pregnancies for over 20 years. Our two Atlanta clinics in Decatur and Roswell allow us to provide women with convenient, safe sexual health services free of charge. Licensed medical professionals are on staff at our clinics, and a diverse group of medical experts oversees all our services.
APPOINTMENT DISCLAIMER
After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond “Y” to confirm you will be there, “N” to cancel, or “R” to reschedule.
You will receive a follow-up text the following day if you do not respond to the first message. Failure to respond to the second message by 1 p.m. the day before your appointment will result in automatic cancellation.
If you arrive without confirming or arrive more than 15 minutes after your confirmed appointment time, you will be considered a walk-in.
